THE UNLEASHED MINISTRY GLADLY WELCOMES KATHY RORER, PT, DPT TO THE TITUS II TRAINING CENTER FOR "HEALTH AND WELLNESS UNLEASHED IN THE TEMPLE".
CLASSES START THURSDAY OCTOCBER 17th FROM 6-7:30PM
Health and Wellness Unleashed in the Ministry is a 6-week course based on 1 Cor. 6: 19-20, "Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit...." and God honors the place where He dwells. There are multiple scriptures in the Bible about our health and the importance to take care of ourselves as well as where the balance of personal health and spiritual health need to meet. We will explore these scriptures as we seek to understand our issues with food, inactivity and healthy habits verses unhealthy habits that can lead to poor health.
God considers our health to be of great spiritual importance.
Kathy has put together classes that will lead us to scriptural knowledge our bodies and physical needs. The classes will educate about our health and encourage us to seek God’s guidance in maintaining and restoring balance in our physical lives.
This course will provide information on balanced nutrition, proper exercise, stress management and how to take care of your physical body presented by a Doctor of physical therapy that knows she can do nothing without Christ. Multiple resources will be available to each participant as needed to reach individual goals. I believe that we will grow and learn together developing long-term relationships as healthy sisters in Christ with a message to share.
