The suggestion of a person taking a position of leadership, generally sends one  automatic response. "Me are you Kidding, I'm not a leader, you must be Mistaken.
All who are called by God to lead others are promised by God to be equipped by Him!!!
It is never what we can do, it is always what He can do through us when we are willing to allow Him to use us for His Glory!!!
